Crystal Deckert

Special Events Manager & Contract Supervisor

Crystal Deckert is the Special Events Manager and Contract Supervisor with Grady Group Insurance and Financial Services. She started out here as a part-time event planner and assistant, but her role has grown over the last year into a full-time position. She has a myriad of responsibilities, including writing applications, planning out client events, IT, and more. She has an undergrad certificate in Computer Programming from Colorado State University Global, and holds an Insurance Producer License. She worked in the event planning industry for 8 years before reevaluating her career, looking for a new job, and knowing right away that Grady Group was a great fit for her. Crystal finds the work we do here inspiring. She’s a smart, level-headed person. When not working, she loves to travel along with her partner, Dave, or cuddle up on the couch after a long day with her cats. She has a black cat named Alex and an orange tabby named Hank.

Chuck McIntosh

Meet Chuck McIntosh, the versatile cornerstone of Grady Group, whose dedication and multifaceted expertise make him an invaluable asset. With a penchant for wearing many hats, Chuck seamlessly juggles several roles within the organization, embodying reliability, honesty, and a deep-rooted commitment to serving others.

Beyond the confines of the workplace, Chuck finds solace and joy in the great outdoors. Whether casting his line in serene fishing spots, perfecting his swing on the golf course, or exploring rugged trails, he embraces every moment immersed in nature’s beauty. Chuck’s love for outdoor adventures is further complemented by the cherished companionship of his two faithful canine friends, Charlie Brown and Lucy.

Driven by a genuine passion for helping others and a zest for outdoor pursuits, Chuck McIntosh epitomizes the perfect blend of professionalism, integrity, and adventurous spirit.

Charles Sohm

Scheduler and Client Services Supervisor

Charles comes to Grady Group after a decade of working in the field of Workers’ Compensation Insurance. With a continuing passion to help people live their lives to the fullest, Charles orchestrates our seminar events and keeps the Grady Group calendar. He also facilitates numerous options for clients who wish to make withdrawals, contract changes, or address many other needs. After years of helping people regain their lives after injury or illness, it feels like the natural career progression to help people step into retirement with relaxed confidence. He has a bachelor’s in business management from Oregon State University and plans to remain in the insurance industry for years to come.

Charles moved to South Carolina from Alaska in 2020, and when not in the office, he enjoys the outdoors and traveling. He and Brian Grady met through the Knights of Columbus, where Charles is a 4th degree Knight. It was an easy decision to join Grady Group after realizing that his mission of compassion matched the integrity and selfless service of Grady Group.
